Job Fair Booth - $175.00. This includes one 10x10 booth, two tables, one free lunch, access to our semi-private interview area, and a contact list of potential employees that wish to share their information.
Info Table - $75.00. This is for those that wish to participate but cannot make it to the event. Employers may provide a “packet” of information for us to handout to potential employees. This packet should include things like general company details, available positions, applications, business cards/contact info, media kits, etc. Upon request, our staff will collect completed applications and get them to the companys’ person of contact.
No, this event is for companies of all industries. All types of businesses are in need of help right now so all are welcome!
No, all of the events we host, including job fairs are free admission for guests!
This event will be held in our large banquet hall. We have a partition/room divider that allows us to section off a third of our hall. We will set up a small handful of tables throughout this section with space in between for employers to sit down with prospective employees and interview or meet with in a more private space. Please keep in mind the partition does not cancel sound and we will not be sectioning off each interview table with pipe and drape which is why we refer to this as “semi-private”.
We are looking forward to spoiling our guests to help get them excited to job hunt! All guests will be provided with a bag of helpful items. The bag will include a folder with Job Search Tips & Tricks such as How to write a Resume, How to Dress for Success, etc., two pens and a notebook for note taking and a list of all participating companies with contact information.
In addition, each guest will receive a Lunch Voucher. This voucher is good for one free lunch IF the guests completes an application. Once the guest completes the application and hands it into the company rep, the company rep must stamp the lunch voucher. The guest can then take the stamped voucher to the concession stand to receive their free meal!
We will provide two tables for each company and one free lunch. We encourage you to bring any signage, table coverings, pipe & drape, etc. to make your stand your own. There are no limits as long as you stay within your allotted space.
Yes! Our next job fair is scheduled for September, we will provide everyone with more details at this upcoming Job Fair.
We have personally reached out to over 50 companies to ensure we have a wide variety of participating employers, making it worth while for potential employees to come out and join us.
We have created an event page for our Job Fair that we are sharing to our 19k+ followers on Facebook, as well as through our Instagram account and weekly Print & E-newsletters. In addition, we have placed flyers and yard signs throughout our community and those surrounding us. Details on our website will be accessible for everyone.
