These events are a family-friendly, community experience. We are bringing hundreds of food vendors, small businesses and local organizations together to provide a free, fun filled festival that’ll be a good time for all members of the family!

Below is a helpful list of FAQs you may have for these new events!
What is the Market Fest?
Market Fest is a new addition to the Leesport Market events. It is a little bit of everything we do here thrown into one event.
These events are for the entire family. We will have a variety of food/beverage stands, Kids Zone with fun activities, an assortment of vendors and crafters and adult beverage stands for guests 21 and older!
There’s something here for all family members so mark your calendars and come on out! Admission and parking are FREE!
What is the Market Fest date and time?

From 10AM-5PM browse a variety of vendors while you grab something to eat from our many food trucks that will be participating.

Is there an admission or parking fee for customers?
Free parking & admission!
Are dogs/pets allowed at the festivals?
We have a no pet policy on our grounds.
How do I become a vendor?
All new vendors must go through the application process. Please fill out a application and we will assign you a space for the show
What type of spaces do you provide for vendors?
At this time we are only filling our pavilion spaces.

What type of vendors do you accept?
We accept all types of vendors EXCEPT FLEA MARKET/ANTIQUES! No vendors are permitted to sell used items of any kind unless they are upcycled/refurbished into something new!
Health & Beauty
Lotions, body washes, bath bombs, vitamins, makeup, etc.
Home Décor & Furniture
Interior Décor, Candles, coffee tables, chairs, lamps, signage, etc.
Garden and Yard Games & Décor
Garden Flags, cornhole, suncatchers, wrought Iron yard décor, decorative boulder, gnomes etc.
Handmade Crafts
Woodworking, paintings, crochet/sewn, Gourd crafts, upcycled antiques, etc.
Baked Goods, Candy & Snacks
Chocolates, cakes/cake pops, hard candies, pretzels, fudge, ice cream, etc.
Specialty Drinks & Foods
Hot sauces, dressings, dips, roasted nuts, beef jerky, homegrown local produce, Honey, etc.

Burgers, Dogs, Fires, BBQ, Tacos, Breakfast, Soups, Funnel Cakes, Fried Veggies, Fried Oreos, Cheesesteaks, much more!

Fresh Lemonade, Milkshakes, Wineries, Meadery, Moonshine, Bourbon Distillery, Ciders, etc.

Direct Sales
We will accept all direct sales vendors. However, please keep in mind, we do not have a policy against duplicate vendors and do not monitor it. We are happy to answer whether or not there is already a vendor participating with the same company, however we will not turn away vendors based on each individual company's policies. Therefore we cannot guarantee that you will be the only vendor at our show from your company. Although, we do try to separate duplicate vendors of any kind as much as we are able.
What are the prices for vendor stands?
$55 per space
I applied for the event, now what?
After you’ve submitted your application and payment, we will then review your application to ensure the items you wish to sell and/or services you wish to provide are the right fit for our Market Fest. You will receive an email once we’ve viewed your application. When we’ve determined that your stand fits our list of accepted vendors, we will review any special requests you may have.
Please keep in mind that though we always do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee anything. Please consider this before submitting your application and payment as we do not issue refunds. We’ll then assign you a space according to the order in which the application came in, what spaces are available at that time, what type of stand you have, and if applicable, any special requests you may have (including parking).
Once we’ve received your application and assigned you a space, you will receive an email that will include a digital confirmation card that will have your space assignment, table count, etc.
Can I park my vehicle at my vending space?
Most of our spaces do include a parking spot. Please keep in mind our property is very spacious and we ask that vendors be gracious with parking. Some areas can fit more than one car if vendors park generously. Find more specific parking details under question “What type of spaces do you provide”.
