Sunday Market FAQs

Below is a helpful list of FAQs to refer to before coming to our Sunday Markets!

All Sunday Markets will consist of regular flea market vendors, direct sales and craft vendors.

Every first Sunday of the month from April to December, 7AM to 1PM

Each Sunday Market you will find dozens of vendors that offer a wide variety of merchandise and services. The following is a list of the types of stands you can expect at most Sunday Markets

• Flea Market, Antiques & Collectibles

• Local farmers, producers and bakeries 

• Our regular food vendors

• Crafts & Home Décor 

• Special Events and Shows (some of these are hosted by third parties and in order to participate in these events instead of as a Sunday Market vendor, you must contact the third party)

Unsheltered spaces - $15/space (day of - first come first serve, no reserving yearly)

Sheltered spaces - $30-40/Sunday (must reserve online or in the office prior to set-up. Click HERE to reserve online)

South Flea Market spaces are 10’x10’ | One table per space, One parking spot

Field spaces are 12’x35’ | No tables, One Parking Spot (park within your allotted space)

Pole Building/Porch spaces are about 10’x15’ | Two tables per space, One parking spot (*for most, not all spaces!)

Please keep in mind, we do not issue refunds. We are a rain or shine market and will be open whether it is raining or not and vendors are expected to be here. Please notify the office if you are unable to utilize the space you reserved. You may allow a friend or family member to utilize your space if you are unable to attend, however you must notify the office if this happens. 

Our unsheltered areas are located outdoors, on the back side of our property. These areas are referred to as our Field and South Flea Market sections and are FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE. We do not take reservations for these spaces. As a Field or South Flea Market vendor, you can come Sunday morning to pick a space and you may begin setting up as soon as you arrive. Our staff members will be around in the morning to collect your rent. 

Our Market is not gated, therefore you may come at anytime on Sunday morning to set-up.

We have a NO PET POLICY.
